Job summary

Lean Solutions Group is seeking a Drayage Coordinator to support daily transportation operations, ensuring efficient container movement and timely communication with customers, drivers, and ports.

You will work across ports, rail yards, and facilities, scheduling, tracking shipments, and maintaining documentation while upholding compliance and delivering smooth, reliable service. Weekend shifts may be required to meet customer needs and keep operations running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in drayage, logistics, or transportation operations.
• B2-C1 English level proficiency.
• Knowledge of port and container operations preferred.
• Availability to work different shifts or weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor drayage shipments from ports, rail yards, and customer facilities.
• Schedule appointments and dispatch drivers according to operational needs.
• Track container movement and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Maintain communication with carriers, drivers, warehouses, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage documentation related to drayage operations, including delivery orders and container information.
• Handle escalations, delays, and operational issues while providing effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and operational procedures.
• Support daily reporting and maintain accurate shipment records.
