Job summary

Huge is seeking a Director of Technology to provide strategic technical leadership across complex digital engagements in Colombia. You will shape technology strategy, architecture, and delivery from concept to implementation, partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

You will establish engineering standards, guide cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and security, and drive AI integration, including LLMs, Vertex AI, and Claude.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology, software engineering, and digital product development.
• Deep understanding of modern web architecture across frontend, backend, APIs, cloud apps, and headless CMS.
• Strong knowledge of AI and Generative AI integration into products and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define technology strategies, roadmaps, and architectural decisions for complex digital products.
• Lead end-to-end technology delivery across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud services.
• Define technology standards, governance, and engineering best practices across teams.
