Lite Thinking company seeks a Head of Software Architecture to lead the technology architecture strategy in Bogotá, Colombia. You will define principles, standards, and guidelines to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient solutions aligned with business objectives.

Ideal candidates will bring 8+ years in software architecture, experience in TOGAF and cloud-native designs, and a passion for AI-driven software development.

Formación

• More than 8 years of experience in software architecture and development.
• Experience defining reference architectures, technical standards, and development guidelines for medium- and large-scale organizations.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture, Solutions Architecture, and Software Architecture using TOGAF and modern architectural patterns.
• Experience with architectures based on Microservices, Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Hexagonal Architecture, CQRS, Event Sourcing, and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Experience designing cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud with high availability, resilience, and scalability.
• Proficiency in technologies such as Java Spring Boot, Python (Django and FastAPI), C#.NET, Node.js, React, Next.js, Vue.js, and modern frameworks.
• Experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of observability using Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Kibana, ELK Stack, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience promoting the use of Artificial Intelligence in software development using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent technologies.
• Knowledge of AI-native architectures, integration of Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, LangGraph, MCP (Model Context Protocol), intelligent agents, RAG, and vector databases.

• Design enterprise, solution, and software architectures aligned with the business.
• Establish technical standards, guidelines, and best practices for architecture.
• Lead the adoption of cloud-native, DevOps, and artificial intelligence architectures.
• Ensure the scalability, security, resilience, and maintainability of solutions.
• Provide technical support to architects, tech leads, and development teams.
• Lead technological modernization and platform evolution processes.
• Promote innovation and research into new technologies to strengthen the enterprise architecture.
