Medtronic in Bogotá, Colombia seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to drive governance across software delivery and production support. You will ensure deployments, infrastructure, and applications meet quality, cybersecurity, and compliance standards while supporting release management and incident processes.

You will collaborate with global teams to maintain operational standards, promote observability, and drive continuous improvement in a regulated enterprise environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working as a DevOps Engineer supporting development, deployment, and operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with release management, production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and governance processes.
• Experience with monitoring and observability solutions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• English proficiency C1-C2.
