Medtronic in Bogotá is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support pricing and contracting initiatives across end-to-end processes. You will collaborate with commercial excellence teams, gather requirements, and lead cross-functional process improvement efforts to enhance pricing strategy and contract operations.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, 2 years in pricing/contracting, English at least B2, and strong analytical and Excel skills.

As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic initiatives and enhancing the effectiveness of our pricing and contracting outcomes through comprehensive analysis and collaborative business process transformation. You will lead process initiatives to support the documentation of current process and future process to enable improvement and integration of our pricing and contracting end-to-end processes. These efforts focus on ensuring interoperability and scalability, maximizing value creation. You will collaborate with colleagues and commercial excellence workstreams to gather requirements and understand needs around pricing strategy, offer development and contract development & management, and pricing and contract operations.
