Medtronic is seeking a project coordinator with IT project experience to collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders. You will organize activities, track progress, and maintain comprehensive documentation to support successful project delivery.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities. English proficiency is essential.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.

• Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, meeting notes, risk logs, and status reports.
• Facilitate regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Consolidate input from finance on actual project spend, update of financial forecast, and reporting of project budget status.
• Support identification and mitigation of project risks in collaboration with compliance and risk teams.
• Coordinate resources and monitoring task completion to ensure project milestones are met.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following:

• Project Planning: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with IT leadership
• Coordination: Organize and track project activities, ensuring alignment between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, meeting notes, risk logs, and status reports
• Communication: Facilitate regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies
• Financial Reporting: Consolidate input from finance on actual project spend, update of financial forecast, and reporting of project budget status.
• Risk Management: Support identification and mitigation of project risks in collaboration with compliance and risk teams
• Support Delivery: Ensure project milestones are met by coordinating resources and monitoring task completion

Required Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field
• 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management within IT environments
• Strong understanding of IT systems, compliance frameworks, and risk management processes
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello)
• Stakeholder management experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
