Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Depot/Logistics support professional in Bogotá. The role focuses on managing the depot’s physical files, generating compliance reports, and supervising cleaning and general service staff. You will assist with local purchasing and ensure accurate documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.

Under supervision of the Depot Pharmacist or Facility Logistics Manager, you’ll use CTM-STAR to track processes, verify materials, and ensure SOP adherence throughout operations.

• Computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the physical file of the depot and keep information organized per client/compliance requirements.
• Prepare reports for customer agreements and audits.
• Lead and supervise general service staff and cleaning operations.
• Support HR with depot staff updates in a timely manner.
• Assist local purchasing for the depot and ensure timely processes.
• Verify reception and shipment of investigational drugs and related materials under supervisor guidance.
• Label and prepare boxes following SOPs under supervisor oversight.
• Operate CTM-STAR for inbound/outbound/return processes under supervision.
• Follow WC SOPs for material reception and shipment.
• Compare received materials with documentation to certify accuracy.
• Prepare box contents per WC Packing List instructions.
• Ensure training and capability to handle material characteristics (ID, expiry, temperature, etc.).
