Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service operations, operational excellence, process improvement, or related roles within healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, or related field.
• Certifications such as ITIL 4 Foundation, Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt, COPC or PMP are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor service delivery performance and track key metrics to maintain SLAs and quality.
• Document current state processes and analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop improvement recommendations and implement process enhancements.
• Coordinate communication between care teams, operations, QA, IT systems, and regional offices.
• Create dashboards and reports, analyze trends, and present insights to management.
• Support change management and system implementation, including UAT and training materials.
• Support regional operations and ensure consistent application of policies and service standards.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain management, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
