Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Manager, Delivery Management to lead end-to-end delivery and post-implementation support for airline customers in the Americas. You will coordinate internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with priorities.

The role requires deep airline IT delivery experience, knowledge of PSS components (Reservations, Inventory, DCS), and strong stakeholder management. A bachelor’s degree and ITIL/PM certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project delivery or solution integration (airline technology preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Certifications in project management or ITIL are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of delivering contracted services, changes, and enhancements across Amadeus solutions.
• Ensure delivery activities are planned, tracked, and executed according to timelines and scope.
• Monitor KPIs and address deviations or risks impacting success.
• Serve as primary delivery point of contact for airline partners, engaging operational and IT stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance meetings and provide executive-level updates and escalations.
• Align delivery priorities with customer leadership to ensure transparency and trust.
• Coordinate across Operations, Product, Implementation, and Account Management teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Validate dependencies, readiness, and handovers; communicate clearly across all parties.
• Maintain governance and reporting, documentation, and compliance with delivery processes and audit standards.
