Job summary

Omnicom Global Solutions Colombia is seeking an experienced Reporting & Insights Specialist to support a portfolio of clients. You will measure the effectiveness of PR, digital, social, and search campaigns, turning data into clear, actionable business insights.

Develop measurement frameworks and KPIs, analyze data from campaigns, create client-ready reports, and present findings with recommendations. Work with cross-functional teams to optimize strategies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, insights, or measurement.
• Experience within PR, Communications, Marketing, or Advertising agencies.
• Experience with social listening and analytics platforms such as Talkwalker, Meltwater, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and digital performance metrics.
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage measurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting structures.
• Analyze data from digital, social media, search, and communications campaigns.
• Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling business stories.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize communication strategies and campaign performance.
• Create client-ready reports and presentations that translate findings into recommendations.
• Monitor trends, sentiment, engagement, share of voice, and other key performance indicators.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and clients through data-driven decision making.
