Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a data-driven Marketing Analytics Specialist in Colombia. You will build automated reports across eComm, B2B, and B2C, analyze campaigns from Meta and Google platforms, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients.

You will present data through dashboards and decks, collaborate with teams, and drive improvements using advanced Excel/Sheets and visualization tools. Strong English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated reports for eComm, B2B, and B2C with marketing metrics.
• Analyze data from marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, GA) to identify insights.
• Create weekly, monthly, quarterly performance decks with data storytelling.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Transform data into clear visualizations for clients and stakeholders.
• Utilize Google Sheets and other tools for data manipulation.
• Communicate findings clearly with business impact.
• Leverage AI to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Utilize Nova ecosystem to enhance reporting.
