DiDi Chuxing in Bogotá is seeking a Data & Analytics Intern to turn raw data into decisions across a multi-country marketplace. You will build dashboards and tools to improve data accessibility for leaders.

You will work with cross-functional teams, gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, data-driven environment, and receive mentorship and structured onboarding.

Formación

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in a data-heavy field.
• Available to onboard in January 2027 with at least 6 months remaining before graduation.
• Clear communication in Spanish with working proficiency in English.
• Technical foundation: comfortable with spreadsheets and SQL or Python for analysis.
• Proven analytical rigor demonstrated in academic or personal projects.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and willingness to explore the story behind the numbers.

Responsabilidades

• Solve ambiguous business questions through structured analysis with the right data and framing.
• Model pricing, elasticity and demand scenarios to inform real decisions.
• Collaborate with ops, marketing and finance to turn analysis into decisions.
• Own a data product or pricing question from hypothesis to recommendation.

As a Data & Analytics Intern, you will turn DiDi's raw data into the decisions that run a multi‑country marketplace — from what a ride should cost to which experiment gets scaled. This role is built for people who trust a numbers and won't stop until they know why, how and what it moved. You will support the execution of strategic initiatives, promote cross‑functional collaboration, and build dashboards and tools that improve data accessibility to support leader's decision‑making.

In this role, you'll be...

• Solving ambiguous business questions through structured analysis — the right data, the right frame, a defensible answer.
• Navigate the exciting messiness of a fast‑growing marketplace by modelling pricing, elasticity and demand scenarios that inform real decisions.
• Collaborate across ops, marketing and finance to turn analysis into decisions, not just dashboards.
• Own a data product or pricing question from hypothesis to recommendation, managing the pressure of numbers leadership actually uses.
• Adapt your approach as new data and shifting priorities reshape the question you're answering.
• Identify the pattern behind a metric (not just what moved, but why) and translate it into a story the business can act on.

• Minimum education: enrolled in a Bachelor's degree (statistics, engineering, economics or another data‑heavy field)
• Availability to onboard on January, 2027 with at least 6 months remaining from graduation date
• Clear communication in Spanish, with working proficiency in English
• Technical foundation: comfortable in spreadsheets, with SQL or Phyton knowledge for analysis and automation.
• Proven analytical rigor: you have completed academic or personal projects in which through the right question and data, you found the answer.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity: you chase the story behind the numbers, not just the summary.
