DiDi Chuxing is seeking a Business Development Intern to grow the restaurants, merchants and partners that expand our marketplace beyond riders and orders. You will translate complex data into clear stories for the commercial team and identify trends from macro to brand level.

You’ll collaborate across ops, marketing and finance to launch, support and grow partners in your portfolio, owning processes end to end while adapting to partner needs as relationships evolve.

Formación

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree (business, engineering, economics, accounting or a quantitative field).
• Onboarding in January 2027 with at least 6 months remaining from graduation date.
• Clear communication in Spanish, with working proficiency in English.
• Comfort using data to back a commercial pitch; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
• Drive and resilience: energy and a will to learn daily.
• Relationship-building across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

As a Business Development Intern, you will grow the side of the marketplace that doesn't ride or order — the restaurants, merchants and partners who make it bigger. You will help us translate complex data into clear stories for the commercial team and identify trends, spot alerts, and extract insights from a macro level down to specific brands.

In this role, you'll be...

• Solving growth problems through a disciplined pipeline — prospecting, pitching and closing with data, not just relationships.
• Navigate real commercial pushback by adapting your pitch, your offer and your plan under pressure.
• Collaborate across ops, marketing and finance to launch, support and grow the partners and accounts in your portfolio.
• Own a portfolio, an account or a commercial process end to end, managing the number that comes with it.
• Adapt to a partner's shifting needs as you grow the relationship past the first deal.
• Identify patterns in account and market data that reveal where the next deal, or the next risk, is coming from.

• Minimum education: enrolled in a Bachelor's degree (business, engineering, economics, accounting or a quantitative field)
• Availability to onboard on January, 2027 with at least 6 months remaining from graduation date
• Clear communication in Spanish, with working proficiency in English
• Technical foundation: you must feel comfortable using data to back a commercial pitch. Familiarity with SQL or Phyton is a plus.
• Drive and resilience: genuine energy and a will to learn every day
• Relationship instinct: you build trust fast and is comfortable with working with cross‑functional teams
