Getwingapp in Bogotá is seeking a Customer Success & Product Manager to bridge Customer Success, Product, and Solutions Engineering. You will work with customers to understand their workflows, help them maximize value from our platform, and translate needs into actionable product improvements.

This role requires high ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and comfort with APIs, automation, and AI tools.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related technical field.
2+ years in Customer Success, account management, or product/technical roles.
Experience with SaaS products or tech in fast-growth environments.
Strong written and verbal communication with both customers and technical teams.
Ability to own customer issues end-to-end with follow-through.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Willingness to learn new software, APIs, and integrations.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsabilidades

Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally, removing onboarding blockers.
Own requests from inquiry to resolution with clear communication.
Build relationships and understand customers' workflows, goals, and pain points.
Identify opportunities to improve adoption and satisfaction.
Configure workflows, integrations, and AI-powered solutions.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate needs into requirements.
