Instaleap in Bogotá, Colombia, seeks a senior Product Manager to own core logistics product strategy and roadmap. You will translate complex operations into actionable requirements for engineering, partnering across teams to deliver end-to-end solutions including routing, capacity planning, and task scheduling.

You will leverage AI to optimize logistics, use SQL for data-driven decisions, and communicate clearly with executives and engineers.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, senior level.
• Experience with backend systems and APIs, data pipelines, and integrations.
• Experience working with Engineering on technically complex products.
• Proven use of Artificial Intelligence in product development with concrete use cases.
• Experience with SQL and data-driven decision making.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to logistics, e-commerce, retail, fintech or similar industries.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Core Logistics products.
• Translate complex challenges into clear requirements for engineering teams.
• Lead initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration (picking, delivery, routing, capacity management, task scheduling).
• Partner with Engineering to understand constraints and prioritize decisions.
• Communicate vision and technical context to engineering and business audiences.
• Manage competing priorities across teams, making explicit tradeoffs.
• Use data and SQL to identify opportunities and measure performance.
• Identify AI use cases in logistics and incorporate into the roadmap.
• Hands-on in identifying blockers and moving initiatives forward.
