Dapta in Bogotá, Colombia, seeks a technical lead to shape the core architecture of our AI automation product for sales. The role combines hands-on coding with high-level design to scale a fast-growing platform.

You will lead the engineering team, design scalable systems, and collaborate with product and design to deliver AI-driven experiences for thousands of users while staying current with AI trends and tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2+ years of NodeJS experience.
• 2+ years in software engineering, preferably in SaaS or AI-driven products.
• Experience shipping production-grade applications.
• Familiarity with AI tools and LangChain is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Dapta’s engineering team through architecture, development, and deployment.
• Design scalable systems handling thousands of concurrent users and millions of requests per minute.
• Stay hands-on with NodeJS — code, review, and optimize.
