Agentic Dream in Bogotá seeks a Senior Product Manager to define and execute end-to-end product strategy for a complex, scalable platform.

You will lead vision, roadmap prioritization, and delivery across multiple domains, collaborating with engineering, analytics, and stakeholders to balance business goals with user needs.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in product management, strong English, and experience with data architectures, APIs, and AI/ML-enabled products.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise software environments.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications.
• Proven experience managing complex products with multiple interconnected domains and stakeholders.
• Strong technical understanding of data architectures, APIs, integrations, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience leading platform modernization or migration initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end product strategy, including vision, roadmap definition, prioritization, and execution oversight across multiple product areas.
• Lead and coordinate product initiatives involving complex, interdependent components and platform capabilities.
• Define and manage requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive platform evolution and modernization efforts, ensuring stability, scalability, and seamless transitions.
• Oversee product workstreams related to data architecture, APIs, integrations, analytics, and core platform services.
• Define, monitor, and analyze product KPIs and OKRs to measure adoption, performance, and value delivery.
• Act as the primary product liaison across technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
• Champion data-driven decision-making and user-centric product design while balancing technical and business constraints.
• Ensure product decisions support broader operational, financial, and strategic objectives.
• Risk management, budget, and schedule management.
• Experience managing budgets over COP $200M
