World Courier is seeking an Operations Representative to support CSS depot activities across LATAM. This role requires familiarity with warehouse processes, CTM-Star, and report generation for stock and relocations. Training covers inbound/outbound flows and related administrative tasks.

Under supervision, you will assist the supervisor and ensure adherence to SOPs, supporting efficiency and accurate documentation across depots.

Formación

• Degree or student status with relevant experience as specified.
• Experience in customer service or operations Support preferred.
• Experience levels vary by education path as described.

Responsabilidades

• Comply with SOPs and support depot daily activities.
• Process inbound/outbound, return and relocation in CTM-Star.
• Generate stock, balance, expiry, and relocation reports as requested.
• Perform duties within the trained scope and assist CSS depots in LATAM.
• Perform any other duties the employee has been trained for as needed.
