Cencora is seeking a CSS Operations Representative to support LATAM depots and assist with operational and administrative tasks. You will work under the Supervisor - Operations Shared Services and help optimize daily depot processes.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in customer service or related roles, a relevant degree, and experience with CTM-Star and SOPs. This is a full-time position based in Bogotá, with opportunities to contribute to regional logistics and warehouse operations.

Formación

• Degree in foreign trade, business administration, logistics, industrial engineering or related field.
• 6 months of experience or 8 semesters student in the same careers.
• 1.5 years of experience or Technician in the same careers.
• 2.5 years of experience in the same field.
• HDI Customer Service or CCSS certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management or related area.

Responsabilidades

• Comply with SOPs to support daily depot activities.
• Carry out inbound/outbound, return and relocation processes in CTM-Star.
• Load documents in CTM-STAR related to operations.
• Generate stock, balance, expiry and relocation reports.
• Perform other duties as trained.

POSITION SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Supervisor - Operations Shared Services, a CSS Operations Representative fully trained in CSS operational activities can provide support and assist to any CSS depot in LATAM covering CSS operation and related administrative tasks.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Comply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), which contains all specific instructions to develop the Depot daily activities.
  Cumplir con los Procedimientos Operativos Estándar (SOP) de World Courier, que contienen todas las instrucciones específicas para desarrollar las actividades diarias del Depósito.
• Carry out operational processes for depots with a view to gain efficiency allowing the depot teams to concentrate their efforts on the core operational depot processes.
  Realizar actividades en el sistema de Gestión de Almacenes (CTM-Star) relacionadas con los procesos Inbound Outbound, Return y Reubicación.
• Perform activities in the Warehouse Management system (CTM-Star) related to Inbound Outbound, Return and Relocation processes.
  Llevar a cabo procesos operativos para los depósitos con miras a ganar eficiencia permitiendo a los equipos del depósito concentrar sus esfuerzos en los procesos operativos centrales del depósito.
• Carga de documentos en sistema CTM-STAR, relacionados con cualquier proceso operativo.
  Generate the reports for stock, balance sheet, expiry date control and relocations as requested.
  Generar los informes de stock, balance, control de vencimientos y reubicaciones según lo solicitado.
• Perform any other duties the employee has been trained for, as required.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Required (Necesario): Required: Degree in foreign trade, business administration, logistics, industrial engineering or related careers from an accredited university.
• With 6 months of experience Or Minimum 8 semester student in the same careers.
• With 1,5 years of experience Or Technician in the same careers.
• With 2,5 years of experience Licenciatura en comercio exterior, administración de empresas, logística, ingeniería industrial o carreras afines de una universidad acreditada.
• Con 6 meses de experiencia.
• O Estudiante mínimo de 8 semestres en las mismas carreras.
• Con 1,5 años de experiencia.
• O Técnico en las mismas carreras.
• Con 2,5 años de experiencia.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, order management, customer operations, or sales support, or a related field required.
• Certification in HDI Customer Service Representative (HDI-CSR), CCPC Global Certified Client Service Specialist (CCSS), or equivalent preferred.
