Cencora Colombia seeks a detail-oriented logistics clerk to coordinate deliveries and pickups across LATAM. You will contact multiple sites by phone or email, track shipments in the TMS, and ensure accurate records and timely communications.

The role emphasizes strong customer service and regulatory compliance to support efficient operations. Ideal candidates have a logistics or related degree, up to 2+ years in customer operations, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Formación

• Degree in foreign trade, business administration, logistics, or industrial engineering.
• Minimum 6 months of related experience.
• Alternative paths: 8 semesters with 1.5 years of experience.
• Technician in related careers with 2.5 years of experience.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent; 2+ years in related roles.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with country sites via phone, email, or approved channels for deliveries or pickups.
• Execute, track and review shipments and system updates.
• Maintain timely records and ensure efficient communication flows.
• Update activities to enable performance indicators.
• Edit and maintain shipments in the TMS or applicable system.
• Monitor the Transport Management System and pre-advised shipments.
• Adhere to IATA regulations and applicable laws and ordinances.
• Use and maintain available tools.
• Communicate with World Courier offices domestically and internationally in a timely, courteous manner.
• Perform other duties as trained.
