Eyr Holistic in Colombia seeks a CRM & Lifecycle Coordinator to drive acquisition and retention for two wellness brands. You will work with the CRM & Lifecycle Manager to define content and promotional plans, then own getting them built, briefed, and shipped — coordinating email and SMS campaigns across both brands.

The role emphasizes maintaining segmentation, QA, deliverability, and performance reporting, while supporting A/B testing.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in email/CRM marketing or lifecycle execution.
• Meticulous attention to detail and QA discipline.
• Comfortable working collaboratively and managing multiple moving pieces across two brands at once.

Responsibilities

• Define content and promotional plans to drive acquisition and retention.
• Own and manage the email/SMS content calendar for the brand pair.
• Brief designers and manage assets to build-ready creative.
• Build, QA, and schedule campaigns and flows from briefs.
• Execute lifecycle automations across the customer journey — welcome series, onboarding, replenishment, win-back, dunning.
• Maintain segmentation, list hygiene, and deliverability best practices day to day.
• Flag performance trends and anomalies back to the CRM & Lifecycle Manager.
• Support A/B test setup and reporting.
