Formación

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, particularly with DTC brands.
• Certification in Klaviyo is a plus.
• Track record of increasing customer retention and LTV.

Responsabilidades

• Own the execution of the email and SMS strategy using Klaviyo.
• Analyze customer cohorts to optimize LTV.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve performance.
• Work with creative teams to ensure effective marketing messaging.
• Deliver regular performance reports on channels.
