You will work with the CRM & Lifecycle Manager to define content and promotional plans, then own getting them built, briefed, and shipped — coordinating email and SMS campaigns across both brands.

The role emphasizes maintaining segmentation, QA, deliverability, and performance reporting, while supporting A/B testing.

• Maintain segmentation, list hygiene, and deliverability best practices day to day.
• Flag performance trends and anomalies back to the CRM & Lifecycle Manager.
• Support A/B test setup and reporting.

About the role

We're looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Coordinator to help drive acquisition and retention for a pair of wellness/health DTC subscription brands. You'll work with the CRM & Lifecycle Manager to define content and promotional plans, then own getting them built, briefed, and shipped — managing the email/SMS calendar, briefing designers, and building and QAing campaigns and flows with speed and precision. You sit within the wider retention team, working in alignment with growth and retention priorities for your brand pair.
