The Creative Project Manager will serve as the primary operational, administrative, and client liaison for the Colombia account. This role bridges our local creative cell, production teams/vendors, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery, SLA compliance, and seamless team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead weekly traffic, planning, and alignment sessions between client's Visibility/Procurement team, our internal creative cell, and external production suppliers.
- Ensure design concepts are technically feasible and correctly handed over to production vendors as editable "live files."
- B. Account Governance & Power BI Reporting:
- Manage Workfront traffic flow, project prioritization, and SLA monitoring (On-Time Delivery OTD % ≥ 95%).
- Build and maintain monthly performance dashboards in Power BI to track project volumes by Business Unit (BU) and designer, and lead the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- C. Team & People Administration (People Management):
- Oversee local team administration in Bogotá, managing vacations, sick leaves, replacements, and daily attendance to maintain full operational continuity.
- Conduct performance reviews, foster professional development, and address daily team dynamics.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- Experience: 3–5 years of account management experience in advertising agencies, creative studios, or retail/POP production.
- Technical Tools: High proficiency in traffic tools (Workfront, Jira, or Asana) and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Key Competencies: Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation skills, basic financial management (POs and budgets), and team leadership.
