Job summary

Confidential in Bogotá seeks a Creative Project Manager to coordinate the Colombia account, bridging our local creative cell with production teams and stakeholders. You will ensure high-quality delivery, SLA adherence, and seamless team management.

You will lead weekly sessions with the client’s Visibility/Procurement teams, our creative cell, and external suppliers, ensuring feasible concepts and clean handoffs as editable live files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of account management experience in advertising, creative studios, or retail/POP production.
• Proficiency in Workfront, Jira, or Asana and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly traffic, planning, and alignment sessions between client teams, internal creative cell, and external production suppliers.
• Ensure design concepts are technically feasible and handed over as editable live files to production vendors.
• Manage Workfront traffic flow, project prioritization, and SLA monitoring (OTD ≥ 95%).
• Build and maintain monthly Power BI dashboards to track project volumes by BU and designer; lead QBR preparation.
• Oversee Bogotá-based team administration: vacations, leaves, replacements, attendance; conduct performance reviews and development.
