Formación

• Intermediate knowledge of web design with understanding of HTML and CSS; digital platforms design experience is a plus.
• Strong visual communication and brand conceptualization aligned to account requirements.

Job Description

In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Graphic Designer with 3 - 5 of experience in advertising and marketing agencies. Their mission will focus on contributing to the development of creative and visual concepts, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting the growth of junior designers.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of creative and visual concepts for design projects.
• Create visually appealing and effective designs, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the visual requirements of assigned brands are met.
• Support the skill development of junior designers by guiding the creative process.
• Deliver assigned projects within established timelines, meeting all graphic requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures at both local and regional levels.

Qualifications

• Polished graphic style with a strong command of graphic design software (depending on specific account and team needs): Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, and Artificial Intelligence tools relevant to their area of work.
• Intermediate knowledge of web design — understanding of HTML and CSS, and experience designing for digital platforms is a plus.
• Strong visual communication and brand conceptualization skills (composition, typography, color, etc.), ensuring coherent and effective execution aligned with account requirements.
