Job summary

WITHIN in Bogota, Colombia is seeking a Creative Account Manager to run day-to-day for a book of consumer brand clients, ensuring deliverables are on time and on scope, tied to results and growth.

You’ll own client communications, oversee end-to-end creative rounds across static, video, and UGC, manage scope and pricing, and collaborate with the media team to read results and propose the next tests. On-site five days a week.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience with creative teams, agency or brand side
• Experience with consumer brands (DTC, retail, ecommerce) not B2B or lead gen
• Has shipped paid social/digital creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube
• Direct client relationship management experience
• Demonstrates use of AI in current work
• Stable job history
• Based in Bogota, Colombia

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day client communication and relationship management on every account you run
• End-to-end creative rounds: brief, feedback, revisions and delivery across static, video, and UGC
• Define each contract's scope, turnaround commitments and overage terms; flag scope creep and price extra work
• Analyze creative performance with the media team and propose next tests
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and build cases with the Account Director
• Leverage AI daily on briefs, feedback, rollups, recaps and research
• Maintain clean project management with clear owners and due dates
