Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in inbound sales, patient coordination, or high-touch consumer sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a professional style.
• Strong phone confidence and experience with customer-facing calls.
• Proven ability to convert inquiries into consultations with timely follow-up.
• Experience managing leads via phone, email, and SMS with CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new inquiries quickly across phone, text, and email.
• Book consultations by building trust and guiding prospects toward the next step.
• Follow up with leads who do not book immediately.
• Nurture relationships with patients who need more time before scheduling.
• Maintain a polished, reassuring phone presence with high-expectation clients.
• Document all interactions in the CRM.
• Provide after-hours and weekend coverage for fast response.
• Support patients after consultations as they consider surgery.
