Addi is seeking a strong Corporate IT leader in Colombia to drive reliable, secure technology for every colleague. You will own infrastructure, networking, and vendor relationships while preventing outages and enabling business continuity in a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Your role focuses on building a high‑performing IT operations culture, improving incident response, and delivering a modern, scalable CorpIT platform that supports growth and resilience across the organization.

Formación

• 7+ years in Corporate IT, IT operations, infrastructure, networking, or service management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CorpIT service management with clear intake channels, ownership, priorities, SLAs, escalation paths, and stakeholder communications.
• Own hands‑on resolution of complex incidents and escalations across networks, endpoints, identity, and SaaS platforms.
• Own the CorpIT roadmap and deliver prioritized projects, modernization, and cost control.
• Manage CorpIT vendors and contracts, renewals, and budget with transparent reporting.
