Addi is seeking a Senior CorpIT Leader in Bogotá to shape and run our corporate IT operations, infrastructure, and security posture. You will own the CorpIT roadmap, drive modernization, and lead incident resolution across networks, endpoints, and SaaS platforms.

You will manage vendors, balance budgets, and partner with Cybersecurity, IAM, People, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to deliver reliable technology for every colleague. Fluency in Spanish and English preferred.

Formación

• 7+ years in Corporate IT, IT operations, infrastructure, networking, or service management.
• 2+ years leading teams in a corporate IT environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead corporate IT operations, infrastructure, networking, and vendor relations to ensure reliable, secure technology for all colleagues.
• Define service-management model with clear intake channels, SLAs, escalation paths, and dashboards.
• Build and mentor a high-performing CorpIT team with clear roles and weekly cadences.
• Oversee incident resolution across networks, endpoints, SaaS platforms, and office connectivity.
• Own CorpIT roadmap, modernization projects, and budget with measurable benefits.
• Maintain asset governance, security baselines, and vendor contracts with accountability.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across Cybersecurity, IAM, People, Finance, Legal, and Engineering.
