Addi in Bogotá is seeking a Security Operations specialist to implement and run security controls across endpoints, infrastructure, and data protection. You will work with IT and engineering to detect threats and protect Addi’s environment at scale.

You will deploy XDR, DLP, MDM, and SIEM/SOAR, drive 95% endpoint coverage, and reduce incident response times while maintaining security baselines across cloud apps and Google Workspace.

Formación

• Experience implementing security controls across endpoints, infrastructure, and data protection.
• 3+ years with XDR platforms and MDM solutions.
• Proficient in deploying SASE/Zero Trust, VPN, and DLP solutions.
• SIEM/XDR detections and response experience.
• SOAR automation experience.
• Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute migration to selected XDR platform with high endpoint coverage and low false positives.
• Implement DLP and SASE controls to secure user access and data flows.
• Deploy centralized MDM and enforce baseline security configurations.
• Maintain endpoint security policies: encryption, patching, and access controls.
• Operate and improve SIEM detections and SOAR playbooks.
• Support brand protection with monitoring and automated takedowns.
