CI&T Software S.A. in Colombia is seeking a Senior Tech Lead to guide the engineering team, setting technical vision and delivering complex .NET back-end solutions. You will work with a multicultural group across regions, balancing hands-on coding with strategic leadership.

The role emphasizes API design, system integration, and DevOps strategy, with English as the communication language. Candidates should demonstrate leadership, strong .NET skills, and experience shaping scalable architectures.

Formación

Minimum demonstrated leadership in production environments.
Deep hands-on .NET Framework/.NET Core expertise.
Strong data layer skills with ADO.NET and SQL Server.
Experience designing SOAP/REST web services and API governance.
Knowledge of software design patterns and clean architecture.
Excellent communication in fast-paced, multicultural teams.
Fluent English required.

Responsabilidades

Provide technical leadership and define architecture for back-end services.
Guide API design, versioning, security, and best practices.
Ensure reliability and scalability with testing and monitoring standards.
Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence.
Oversee integration of legacy and modern systems.
Drive CI/CD improvements to speed deployment safely.
Collaborate with product and cross-border teams to translate requirements into roadmaps.
