Addi in Colombia seeks a security operations leader to implement and operate controls across endpoints, infrastructure, and data protection. You will drive XDR, MDM, DLP, and SASE initiatives, while improving SIEM/SOAR automation and incident response.

This role partners with IT and engineering to protect Addi’s environment at scale. You will work on enforcing security baselines, achieving high endpoint coverage, and reducing incident response times, contributing to a secure, scalable fintech

Formación

• Hands‑on experience implementing and operating security controls across endpoints, infrastructure, secure connectivity, and data protection in cloud‑first environments.

Responsabilidades

• Migrate to selected XDR platform and aim for 95% endpoint coverage by May 2025.
• Deploy DLP and SASE controls for secure access and data flows.
• Deploy centralized MDM to manage endpoints with 95% enrollment by May 2025.
• Enforce endpoint security policies with 95% compliance by end of Q3 2026.
• Enhance SIEM detections and SOAR playbooks, reduce MTTR by 50%.
• Support brand protection by detecting and remediating brand abuse within SLAs.
