Callzilla is seeking a proactive Infrastructure Specialist to join our IT team in Bogotá, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our technology environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing network and cloud infrastructure, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

You will work with Fortinet, Azure, Acronis, and Active Directory to keep systems running for our global clients and partners.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or network administration.
• Strong knowledge of Fortinet, Azure, Acronis, and Active Directory.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• English B1 required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, maintain, and optimize network and server performance.
• Manage and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls and VPN configurations.
• Administer Azure cloud resources and virtual environments.
• Oversee Acronis backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Manage Active Directory users, groups, and policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure uptime and compliance.
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
