Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our high-volume hiring team. You will own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles, partnering with TA and hiring managers to move candidates quickly and thoughtfully.

You will source passive talent with LinkedIn Recruiter, use AI tools to optimize workflows, and maintain clean candidate records in Greenhouse. This role values speed, care, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency or in-house roles.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS; Greenhouse preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously without losing momentum.
• Strong communicator who builds trust with candidates and hiring managers.
• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and diverse sourcing.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-assisted recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Manage candidate progress in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Proactively source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter with diverse pipelines.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first touch to close.
• Employ AI technologies to enhance recruiting workflows and processes.
• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem for Talent Acquisition.
