Cadre AI is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own talent acquisition across the United States and Colombia. This remote-friendly, full-time role emphasizes outbound sourcing, robust pipeline development, and building the recruiting infrastructure with Gem and AI tools.

You will report to the Ops Manager and partner with hiring managers to shape hiring strategy. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for AI engineers, software engineers, solutions engineers, and sales engineers, while continuously

Formación

• Advanced English skills and bilingual (English/Spanish) capability across US and Colombia markets.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting with a focus on technical roles.
• Proven success sourcing and closing hard-to-fill technical roles across multiple functions.
• Hands-on ATS experience, ideally Gem, with workflows, automation, and reporting.
• Familiar with AI recruiting tools (Juicebox) and outbound multi-channel sourcing.

Responsabilidades

• Drive outbound sourcing and build a robust candidate pipeline for multiple roles weekly.
• Own ATS and recruiting infrastructure, ensuring clean data and efficient workflows.
• Develop role-specific candidate profiles to sharpen sourcing accuracy.
• Evaluate and implement AI recruiting tools to improve throughput and quality.
• Partner with Ops Manager and hiring managers on strategy and execution.
