Auxis is seeking a Configuration Manager to define, maintain, and protect the CMS and CMDB, ensuring accurate IT infrastructure data and service relationships are available to stakeholders when needed.

You will design CMDB architecture, govern CI classes, map dependencies across hardware, software, network, and cloud, coordinate with Change and IT teams, and drive data quality through KPIs and regular audits.

Formación

• 3–5 years in IT Operations, Asset Management, or related field.
• 2+ years hands-on SACM/ITIL Service Configuration Management.
• Proven CMDB experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with infrastructure, cloud, networking, and application teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define CMDB scope, architecture, and schema.
• Map CIs to critical business services for impact analysis.
• Configure and maintain discovery schedules; integrate data sources.
• Establish audits to ensure CMDB accuracy and compliance.
• Work with Change Management to update CMDB and flag undocumented changes.
• Produce CMDB health KPIs and performance scorecards for owners.
