Auxis is seeking a Team Lead to oversee a group focused on technical issues, including solutioning, automating, and resolving escalated service problems. You will hire and train staff and delegate assignments, collaborating with colleagues to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues.

Responsibilities include setting service goals, keeping training current with improvement initiatives, developing troubleshooting programs, and supervising system changes.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or related field.
• Experience in a technical leadership role and in managing enterprise infrastructure environments.

Responsabilidades

• Leads with company values and delivers high-quality value to clients.
• Proactively assists the team in resolving complex tickets to meet customer expectations.
• Point of technical escalation for L3 to resolve complex issues for the team and clients.
• Recommends and implements system improvements to maximize overall system performance and reliability.
• Strong ability to perform deep technical root cause analysis.
