Job summary

Aderant Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Operations Support Engineer to manage operational runbooks and monitor cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. The role includes handling first-line incident response, updating SOPs, and ensuring SLA targets are met.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in operations or NOC/SRE, hands-on cloud experience, and scripting skills in Bash or PowerShell. Familiarity with Jira/ServiceNow and CI/CD tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an operations, application support, or NOC/SRE role.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Scripting ability in Bash and/or PowerShell for automating routine tasks.
• Familiarity with at least one observability/monitoring tool (e.g. CloudWatch, Grafana).
• Experience following and updating runbooks/SOPs in an incident response context.
• Comfortable working in a ticketing system (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.) and meeting SLA targets.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational runbooks and monitor infrastructure across cloud environments.
• Handle first-level incident response and triage for AWS and Azure deployments.
• Update and adhere to SOPs during incidents; document actions and outcomes.
• Communicate incidents and handoffs clearly to stakeholders via tickets and status updates.
