Applaudo seeks a Senior .NET Engineer to resolve complex P1/P2 incidents in Azure-hosted environments. You will own deep technical troubleshooting across app, infra, and platform layers, spanning Azure App Services, AKS, networking, and identity.

You will coordinate across Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Support to drive incidents to closure. You bring 5+ years of C#/.NET production support experience, strong telemetry skills, and executive-ready communication in English.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional C#/.NET experience including production support.
• Advanced troubleshooting of ASP.NET Core apps, REST APIs, and integrations at scale.
• Proven ability to own and resolve critical P1/P2 production incidents.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services: App Services, AKS, storage, networking, and Azure AD.
• Fluent navigation of the Azure Portal during real-time incident investigations.
• Experience handling escalations from L1/L2 and driving resolutions.
• Root-cause analysis using logs, metrics, traces, and telemetry.
• Configuring Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, alerts, and dashboards.
• Diagnosing code-level issues in C#, ASP.NET Core, and distributed services.
• Implementing retry policies, circuit breakers, bulkhead isolation, caching, and async processing.
• SQL skills for production investigations.
• Coordinating incident resolution across Dev, Infra, Sec, Support.
• Strong ownership and calm under pressure; executive-ready communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own and resolve complex P1/P2 incidents affecting Azure-hosted .NET apps and integrations.
• Provide deep technical troubleshooting across application, infrastructure, and platform layers.
• Investigate issues involving Azure App Services, AKS, networking, identity, storage, APIs, and background services.
• Receive escalations and drive technical resolution from initial investigation to closure.
• Coordinate incident response across Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams.
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring incidents and high-impact outages using telemetry.
• Create clear, executive-ready root-cause analyses and remediation plans.
• Configure and tune Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, alerts, and dashboards.
• Monitor and improve performance, availability, resiliency, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Dev teams to resolve code-level issues in C#, ASP.NET Core, and APIs.
• Recommend and implement improvements with retry policies, circuit breakers, and caching.
• Use SQL to support production investigations and validate data findings.
• Support vulnerability remediation and deployment troubleshooting when needed.
• Communicate findings, risks, and plans to technical and senior stakeholders.
