Job summary

Hyland is seeking an experienced Cloud Marketplace and Partner Incentives Operations Specialist to drive listings across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Marketplaces from a remote Colombia location.

You will own end-to-end marketplace processes, incentive administration, and dashboard reporting, collaborating with Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure accurate and timely executions.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in cloud marketplace operations, sales operations, partner operations, co-sell operations, or incentive program administration.
• Direct experience administering listings or transactions within AWS Marketplace or Microsoft Azure Marketplace.
• Experience with marketplace platforms such as WorkSpan, Tackle.io, Labra or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Hyland’s listings across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Marketplaces with accurate descriptions, pricing and documentation.
• Execute end-to-end operational processes for private offers, standard marketplace transactions, renewals and co-sell opportunities.
• Perform monthly marketplace revenue reconciliation, invoicing validation, transaction reporting and issue resolution with Finance and stakeholders.
• Administer hyperscaler incentive programs, including submissions, tracking, reporting and reconciliation with audit-ready records.
• Administer WorkSpan including user access, configuration, data quality and process documentation; coordinate IT/Salesforce integration work.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reports for marketplace transactions, co-sell activity and funding utilization; identify gaps and recommend process improvements.
