Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist I to provide clinical communication and support to external and internal customers, including orthodontists and treatment coordinators, focusing on ClinCheck quality and troubleshooting.

You will handle inquiries, analyze issues, ensure timely resolution, and assist with education events and university and research programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry; desirable knowledge in Orthodontics.
• 1–2 years of experience in dental customer relations or in an international call center environment.
• Candidates with no experience in the market will be evaluated.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

• Support Clinical education activities including live and online events, coordinating with clinical speaker, presenting clinical content, congress, coordinate with clinical speaker, present clinical contents.

Description

This position is mainly responsible for clinical communication and support to external and internal customers. The process includes interaction and communication with private-practicing orthodontists, and treatment coordinators related to case specific issues, ClinCheck quality and troubleshooting. Focus will be on clinical support as well as troubleshooting clinical issues for customers. In addition, other duties will include support with day to day needs of education events, University and research programs.

In this role, you will…

• Provide clinical customer support to orthodontists and general dentists in the areas of case evaluation, ClinCheck support as well as clinical troubleshooting primarily for doctors.
• Investigate and analyze Clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints and adverse events.

In this role, you’ll need…

• Bachelor´s degree in Dentistry is a must have. Desirable knowledge in Orthodontics
• One or two years experience in customer relations in dental related areas or in an international call center environment.
• Candidates with no experience in the market will be evaluated.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
• Availability to work in a full-time position, from Monday to Friday in regular working hours in an office environment.
