Job summary

Align Technology in LATAM-Colombia-Bogota is seeking a clinical support specialist. You will interact with orthodontists and dentists to evaluate cases, provide ClinCheck support, and troubleshoot clinical issues. Qualifications

• Bachelor´s degree in Dentistry is a must have.
• Desirable knowledge in Orthodontics.
• 1–2 years experience in customer relations in dental related areas or international call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical customer support to orthodontists and general dentists on case evaluation, ClinCheck support, and clinical troubleshooting.
• Investigate and analyze clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints and adverse events.
• Ensure timely resolution to customer contact issues, inbound or outbound.
• Support clinical education activities including live and online events, coordinating with clinical speaker and presenting content.
