INFUSE is a demand generation company delivering audience, buyers, and account engagement for B2B clients across 60+ countries. We seek a Customer Success Representative on a contract basis to nurture relationships and ensure delivery of solutions that meet client objectives.

The role emphasizes client satisfaction, collaboration with internal teams, and proactive problem solving in a dynamic environment, with opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• Proven track record of managing client relationships in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience addressing challenges and escalating when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned to client needs.
• Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with sales teams.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support such as data entry and scheduling.
