INFLUX INC. is seeking a Technical Support Agent to combine technical reasoning with strong communication and a customer-first mindset. You’ll help users troubleshoot issues, guide configuration, and navigate platform settings across devices and email/calendar tools.

The role emphasizes empathy, clarity, and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users while maintaining thorough documentation and a proactive help approach.

Formación

• C1 English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• 1–2 years of technical support experience in a SaaS/software environment.
• Experience guiding setup, configuration, and synchronization of Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and iCloud.
• Strong logical and reasoning skills to analyze issues and root causes.
• High level of problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot technical issues for users and provide clear next steps.
• Configure integrations and guide setup across platforms and devices.
• Navigate and explain platform settings to users, including email/calendar integrations.
• Assist non-technical users with complex configurations in a patient, educational manner.
