Formación

• Experience in Client Relations, Administration or similar roles.
• Forex/financial services experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain daily communication with clients via email, phone and other channels.
• Attend client meetings and ensure professional communication.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client matters.
• Prepare reports and client updates.
• Support management with administrative tasks.
• Take ownership to follow up on pending matters.
• Provide professional presentations for meetings.
