OneRoyal in Colombia is seeking a Client Relations Manager to maintain daily client communications, coordinate pending matters and ensure high client satisfaction.

You will attend meetings, build long-term relationships, prepare reports and presentations, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues, while working Monday to Friday 2PM–10PM. Strong communication and proactive problem-solving are essential for success.

Formación

• Previous experience in Client Relations, Administration, Personal Assistance, Business Development, Account Management, Sales Support, or a similar role
• Experience in Forex/Financial Services is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well-spoken, confident and professional manner
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Independent, proactive and able to take initiative
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating with clients daily and attending meetings
• Ability to create professional presentations and reports
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities

Responsabilidades

• Maintain daily communication with clients via email, phone and other channels
• Attend and participate in client meetings with professional communication
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and ensure requests are handled efficiently
• Follow up on pending matters and ensure issues are completed within timeframe
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client-related matters
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations for meetings
• Prepare reports, summaries and client updates as required
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding tasks
• Support management with administrative, coordination and client-related responsibilities
• Identify matters requiring attention and take ownership until completion
• Maintain a professional, positive and service-oriented approach
