You will maintain strong relationships, attend meetings, prepare reports and client updates, and support management with administrative tasks. Proactive ownership and excellent Excel and presentation skills are essential for success in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Formación

• Experience in Client Relations, Administration or similar roles.
• Forex/financial services experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented.

We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to join our team in Colombia. The ideal candidate will be a confident, well-spoken and proactive professional who enjoys working with clients, managing day-to-day communication, coordinating pending matters, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with clients via email, phone and other communication channels
• Attend and participate in client meetings, ensuring professional and effective communication
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and ensure their requests are handled efficiently
• Follow up on pending matters and ensure issues, requests and actions are completed within the required timeframe
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client-related matters
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations for internal and client meetings
• Prepare reports, summaries and client updates as required
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding tasks
• Support management with various administrative, coordination and client-related responsibilities
• Proactively identify matters requiring attention and take ownership until completion
• Maintain a professional, positive and service-oriented approach at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in Client Relations, Administration, Personal Assistance, Business Development, Account Management, Sales Support, or a similar role
• Experience in the Forex/Financial Services industry will be considered an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well-spoken, confident and professional manner
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Independent and proactive, with the ability to take initiative without constant supervision
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating with clients on a daily basis and attending meetings
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to create professional presentations and reports
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Positive attitude, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and client-focused environment

• Comfortable taking ownership and following matters through to completion
• Ability to work Monday - Friday 2PM – 10PM with flexibility based on the needs of the role and by mutual agreement with the manager
