Publicis Groupe in Colombia is seeking a Client Operations Analyst to support media billing processes and a range of administrative duties across client portfolios in Costa Rica, Colombia and Peru.

The role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration with agency teams, finance and vendors to deliver on-time invoicing and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Media/Advertising or related field.
• English level B2 or above.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Intermediate Excel knowledge.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to details and problem solving.
• Teamwork and client orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Support media billing and financial processes for a portfolio of agencies.
• Handle administrative duties and data entry tasks.
• Maintain calendar deliverables and platform access records.
• Liaise with agency teams, vendors and internal groups to resolve billing issues.
• Prepare reporting during billing cycles and client reports.
• Assist with budget reports, retainer tracking and monthly trackers.
• Support creation of competitive reports and brand scorecards.

Overview

The Client Ops Analyst actively participates in supporting a wide range of operational and billing processes for clients/agencies that range on different levels of complexity, always looking for efficiency, precision, and the minimum level of error possible.

Responsibilities

As part of the Client Operations team, you will support our media and finance teams across our portfolio of agencies by handling various functions involved in the media billing process and other administrative duties.

• Admin tasks such as keeping calendar deliverables, creation and tracking of platform access, distro list management.
• Data entry.
• Support media billing and financial processes such as: Billing Status, Delivery Confirmations, Client Invoice Creation and Draft Billing Report.
• Liaise with agency support services, vendors and internal teams to resolve media billing issues.
• Reporting responsibilities during Billing cycle.
• Source and compile information for client reporting.
• Support Budget Reports, Retainer Tracking, Budget Recon, Monthly Budget Tracker, Client Weekly Reports.
• Support the Creation of Competitive Reports. Brand Score Card. Weekly Report. Brand Model.
• Supporting vendor compliance processes.
• Keeping track of media authorizations.
• Supporting and collaborating with brands & agency projects.
• Participate on Media Tools flowchart: Excel Workbooks for Performance, Paid Media Flowchart.

Qualifications

Must have:

• Bachelor's Degree: Media/advertising or related, Economy, Finance or Business related
• English Level B2 or above
• 6 months - 1 year of experience with Finance or Accounting roles.
• Intermediate Excel Knowledge.
• Good Communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
• Result oriented skills.
• Attention to details skills.
• Strong Problem Solving and Analytical skills.
• Strong teamwork and client orientation skills to help the team grow.
