Citigroup in Colombia seeks a Client Onboard Intmd Analyst to support end-to-end onboarding and documentation processes. You will interact with clients, issue and review documents, and set up systems to ensure accurate and timely account openings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer interaction, documentation issuance, review and system setups.
• Ensure timely delivery of account opening functions with high service quality.
• Manage end-to-end account opening and maintenance, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements and maintain compliance with policies.
• Maintain risk controls and escalate issues when needed.
